With the rapid development of market economy,the customer demand for the diversity of products and flexibility of delivery is also increasing.This requires the enterprises,as one of the main body of the market,must improve their mode of production and operation.Multi-type&Small batch production has come into being under this background.Multi-type&Small batch production brought much more potential risks for production and operation management than traditional pipeline and mass production.In order to control the risk level of production and operation effectively,it studied the risk management of production and operation under the background of Multi-type&Small batch.In this thesis,author took company G as an example to explore the research.The main research process in this paper adapted qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The following research methods are adopted:survey method,statistical analysis method,operation software calculation method,expert experience method,mathematical modeling method and so on.The related theories involved in the study include the theory of risk management and production and operation management.Risk management mainly involves related theories of risk identification,risk index weight determination,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Production and operation management mainly involves related theories of production organization,production planning,and production control and quality management.First,it used the expert experience method to identify the main risk factors on the production and operation of company G;then it used analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the weight of identified risk factors;and then it used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the evaluation model and describe the evaluation conclusion;then formulated the improvement measures for related risk factors according to identification and evaluation results;finally,reorganized production management experts to conduct a new risk assessment after the relevant improvement measures were implemented.The new evaluation results showed that total probability of comprehensive evaluation belonging to "very low" and "low" had been improved greatly compared with that before improve.It indicated that the risk management process implemented by company G was effective.The risk management process and evaluation model established in the paper can make company G's risk level of production and operation in a continuous controllable state,so as to ensure the sustained market competitiveness of enterprise.At the same time,the research results of the thesis also have certain for the production and operation risk management of other similar enterprises.
