In recent years,the quality of life is getting higher and higher,which makes the quality of steel more and more people's attention.At the same time,if the steel industry wants to meet people's needs,it must improve its performance by improving production technology.Today's domestic and foreign large-scale steel production process for the "blast furnace ironmaking ? hot metal pretreatment ? converter smelting ? furnace refining ? continuous casting and rolling or continuous casting ? billet hot to send direct rolling." Among them,hot metal pretreatment is one of the essential links.At present,the top spray method and mechanical stirring method are the most commonly used two pretreatment desulfurization methods,but the bottom spray desulfurization method is not fully used in the actual production,so the bottom of the ladle powdering study,and to join the electric field to optimize Processing,more research value.The subject of 300 tons of ladle as the research object,through the simulation software Fluent numerical simulation research and analysis of the ladle at the bottom of the particles after the injection of calcium oxide particles were analyzed.Firstly,the effects of the initial temperature of hot metal ladle and the velocity of blowing particles on the distribution of calcium oxide particles in hot metal ladle were studied,and the optimal initial temperature and the optimum blowing speed were determined.Secondly,by adding the electric field,the effect of different voltage and different time of adding electric field on the particle distribution of calcium oxide was analyzed.Finally,by comparing the simulation results of electric field without adding electric field and electric field,the best bottom blowing Calcium oxide particles parameters,and the practical application of the process to provide a viable reference.Through the bottom of the ladle injection of calcium oxide particles numerical simulation study reached the following main conclusions:(1)When the injection speed is 2m / s,3m / s and 4m / s respectively,the calcium oxide can be distributed in the ladle better with the increase of injection speed when the electric field is not added.Production can get better desulfurization effect.(2)When the electric field is added,the distribution of calcium oxide particles in the ladle becomes more uniform as the voltage increases.(3)When the initial electric field is added,the effect of electric field is better than 2S,and the electric field is added.The distribution of the calcium oxide particles in the ladle under electric field is better than the distribution of the calcium oxide particles when the electric field is not added.Description,the role of the electric field in the ladle has played an optimization role.
