Based on the same hot wire enhanced plasma equilibrium magnetron sputtering coating machine,plasma nitriding and deposition of chromium nitride coating on the SKH51 high speed steel substrate were realized respectively.Finally,the nitriding coating was realized.In the experiment of nitriding of SKH51 high speed steel,the influence of nitriding time and discharge current on the diffusion rate,microstructure,microstructure and mechanical properties of nitriding layer was studied.The effects of target current,discharge current and coating bias on the deposition rate,morphology,structure and mechanical properties of the coating were studied in the experiment of depositing chromium nitride coating.In the experiment of nitriding / coating integration,the effect of transition layer on the effect of composite treatment was discussed.The results show that the nano-hardness and abrasion resistance of the high-speed steel after nitriding in pure nitrogen atmosphere are studied.With the increase of nitriding time,the thickness of nitrided layer increases,and the nitride gradually analyzes and finally distributes in a network.Increase the heat wire discharge current,nitrided layer thickness increased significantly,the time of the precipitation of nitrides in advance.In the preparation of chromium nitride coating experiment,with the increase of target current,the coating deposition rate increased,the maximum is 1.10?m*h-1.but the coating structure was loose,the nano-hardness and bonding strength decreased;with the hot wire discharge current increased,the coating deposition rate increased slightly,There was no significant difference in the density of the coating structure,and the binding strength was increasing.Nano hardness up to 30 GPa.When the heat wire discharge current was 8A,it was not increased.With the increase of the substrate bias voltage,the coating deposition rate decreased,the coating structure tends to be dense,the nano-hardness and the bonding strength increase first and then decrease,so the substrate bias is-75 V to obtain higher nano-hardness and bonding strength.In the experiment,the wear resistance of chromium nitride coating is similar.The transition layer can improve the cohesion of the composite coating,but the coating thickness should be appropriate.
