With advantages such as being lightweight,porous,thermal insulation and fire prevention,ultra-light foam concrete,an inorganic insulation material,is widely used in building of China.However,for most of the cementitious materials such as sulfoaluminate are mainly special cements,compared with ordinary portland cements,the special cements have the disadvantages of high cost and poor durability.Therefore,ultra-light foam concrete,as an insulation material,is seriously affected.In order to solve this problem,the cementing material used in this article is ordinary portland cement,and ultra-light foam concrete with a density class of about 180 kg·m-3was prepared.In this test,the effects of coagulant,water cement ratio,foaming agent,water reducing agent,stabilizer,water repellent,fly ash,silica fume and fiber on ultra-light foam concrete were studied using the single-factor method,followed by the determination of the best dosage:PB01 coagulant 1.5%?cement mass ratio,the same below?,water-cement ratio 0.40.56,foaming agent 7%8.5%,naphthalene water reducer 0.8%,stabilizer 2.5%,calcium stearate 1.5%,fly ash 030%,silica fume8%14%,polypropylene fiber 1.2%.The main performance indexes of ultra-light foam concrete prepared under this condition are:dry density 187kg·m-3,3d compressive strength 0.33 MPa,28d compressive strength 0.58 MPa,thermal conductivity 0.045W·?m·K?-1,and water absorption rate 7%.Due to the small change of adding range of other variables,with other variables unchanged,using four factors such as water-cement ratio,silica fume,fly ash,and hydrogen peroxide,this experiment obtained optimal mix ratio of the ultra-light foam concrete through orthogonal test analysis,namely,the water-cement ratio A4B3C2D1,the water-cement ratio 0.55,silica fume 12%and fly ash 10%,and foaming agent 7%.The relationship between dry density and compressive strength,thermal conductivity and water absorption of ultra-light foam concrete was studied by adjusting the water-cement ratio and the amount of foaming agent.The results show that:with the gradual increase of the dry density of ultra-light foam concrete,its compressive strength and thermal conductivity are increasing,while water absorption is decreasing.By analyzing the microstructure of ultra-light foam concrete,the porosity of ultra-light foam concrete decreases with the increase of dry density and compressive strength,and it has a good linear correlation with the dry density and compressive strength.
