With the development of the economy and the continuous progress of the society,how to maKe use of the existing resources reasonably and efficiently in a large amount of natural resources is an urgent problem to be solved to prepare materials that can meet the corresponding performance and save resource type.Ceramsite foam concrete is a new type of porous lightweight building material.It has the advantages of low thermal conductivity,low density,high strength,good frost resistance and good sound insulation.Based on the above characteristics,ceramsite foam concrete has wide application space in energy saving,building insulation,foundation backfill,precast components and other fields.In this paper,cement and fly ash are used as cementitious materials,ceramsite and pottery sand as aggregate,and physical foaming method is applied to study the coagulation of ceramsite foam.In this experiment,the ratio of water to glue,the content of ceramsite,the amount of foam,the type of ceramsite,the rate of the substitution of fly ash were studied.Then the optimum level was selected and the orthogonal test was used to find the best content of each factor to improve the sexual energy of the ceramsite foam concrete.The main results are presented as follows:(1)For the ceramic foam concrete for thermal insulation,the amount of foam has significant influence on the apparent density,28 d compressive strength and thermal conductivity.The content of ceramsite has a significant influence on the apparent density and thermal conductivity of the dry surface,and the water glue ratio has no significant influence on the apparent density,the 28 d compressive strength and the thermal conductivity.Through data analysis,it is found that the dry apparent density of ceramsite foam concrete is directly proportional to the thermal conductivity and compressive strength.(2)The ceramic foam concrete for thermal insulation can be prepared by adjusting the amount of foam and not only suitable for building insulation and heat insulation material,but also to prepare the weight bearing wall material.(3)The average pore size and average roundness value decrease first and then increase with the increase of the content of ceramsite.When the amount of doping is 50%,the average diameter and the average roundness value are the smallest.With the increase of the amount of foam,the average diameter and the average roundness value increase gradually.(4)The type of ceramsite has significant influence on the dry surface density,28 d compressive strength and softening coefficient,and the content of foam has significant influence on the softening coefficient.The content of ceramsite has no significant influence on the apparent density,28 d compressive strength and softening coefficient.(5)Through the orthogonal test,the optimum mix proportion of foam concrete with thermal insulation and bearing capacity is obtained by selecting the best level factor.
