Analysis On Development Difficulties And Solutions Of ZX Energy Company

As the first step of coal intensive processing,coal washing has become an effective way to extend the industrial chain of coal products,and it is of great significance to achieve the clean and efficient utilization of coal.Since 2012,the coal situation has turned sharply downward,and the price of coal has fallen sharply.Many coal washing and processing enterprises,which are mainly "selling fine coal",have suffered losses.In particular,After promoting supply-side structural reform,coal industry continue to reduce overcapacity,coal production decline rapidly,causing the amount of coal washing rapidly depleted,production system can't work normally,economic benefits have fallen sharply,make devastating to the recovery efforts at losing enterprise.As a state-owned coal washing and processing company,ZX energy company is unable to sustain production after years of losses.According to the current situation of the development of ZX energy company,this paper analyzes its development difficulties and causes,and puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to get out of the development difficulties.Paper based on field surveys and relevant theoretical study,Firstly,using the method of comparative analysis from the business enterprise development present situation,the coal washing industry present situation and the macro environment,etc,summarizes the main development problems of ZX energy company,the development problems are corporate governance structure that is reasonable,the enterprise getting into finance trouble,raw coal under-supply,wash product single and higher transportation costs.Then,from two perspectives of the enterprise external environment and own business,makes an analysis of each development dilemma reasons,and offers countermeasures to solve the current development difficulties,that are perfecting the corporate governance structure;using the "debt-to-equity swap" out of financial difficulties,change enterprise production and operation mode and optimizing product structure.also suggested that the government should strengthen the system construction,increase the policy support,to create more fair market competition environment for ZX energy companies and the development of the coal washing industry.Paper based on the theoretical analysis of the development of enterprises,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to the development of ZX energy company,which can be used as reference for enterprises in the same industry.
