Research On The Development Strategy Of The National Energy Group Coal Coking Company

WuHai is a resource-based industrial city located in the western part of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Coking coal accounts for 60 % of the proven coking coal reserves in Inner Mongolia.It has the inherent advantage of developing coking chemicals and is an important coal coking production and processing base in the country.And trading center.The coking industry is an important basic industry that relates to the country's economic lifeline and the country's industrial development.Throughout the world today,although new ironmaking technologies are constantly being developed,Coke is still the most important necessity in the steel and metallurgical industries.Moreover,China is a major coal country.At present,coal accounts for 70 % of the energy consumption structure.In the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,The status of coal as the main energy source in China will not change,and coking industry is the only value consumption channel of coking coal.Therefore,it is imperative to accelerate the adjustment and transformation and upgrading of the coking industry's industrial structure to achieve green and sustainable development.However,in recent years,the utilization rate of coal chemical industry resources is low,the coal coking industry is in the upper reaches of the industrial chain,the value added is not high,the structure is unreasonable,the environmental pollution is serious,and the production energy consumption is high.How can we respond to the changing trends of the industry,take advantage of the development opportunities of the industry,make good use of our own advantages,and quickly build core competitiveness? We should go out of our own path of unique,stable and sustainable circular economic development,and hope that we can find effective solutions through strategic deployment and formulation.Based on the theory and method of enterprise strategic management,this paper makes a systematic study on the strategy formulation and implementation of the coal coking company of the National Energy group,first of all,carries out a detailed analysis of the external environment in which the coal coking company is located.From the political environment,economic environment,social environment,technological environment and other aspects of coal coking company development of the opportunities and threats faced.Then,the paper analyzes the internal environment of coal coking company in detail,and obtains the advantages and disadvantages of coal coking company from the environmental analysis of national energy group,coal coking company and secondary company,and applies PEST and Porter analysis method.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of coal coking companies,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and risks of enterprises in the development process are clearly defined,and then SWOT analysis methods are used to make choices for their development strategies.In response to strategic choices,strategic implementation measures are formulated.It has effectively solved the existing problems in the current development process and finally determined the goal of development.
