Based on the porous and high porosity of silica aerogel,which has a strong absorption peak at the far infrared(8-14?m),it is used as infrared function additive through the adhesion and infiltration of energy materials to prepare a new type of lightweight composite anti infrared smoke agent.The preparation technology and formulation design and charge structure and infrared shielding properties is studied.First of all,analyzing their infrared spectrum to choose the component material which has the best extinction performance.Intrusion of nitrocellulose,sodium nitrate was permeated and crystallized into its internal pores with the method of chemical leaching respectively,meanwhile optimize the process conditions by experimental parameters.Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,X ray powder diffract meter and scanning electron microscope were used to characterize the structure and morphology.Secondly,by studying the basic properties of different flammable agents,oxidants and binders,we selected the suitable components of smoke combustion components and doped the two aerogel composites into the smoke agent at a specific proportion,the orthogonal test was designed and the formula was optimized mainly by infrared shielding performance,and the parameters of combustion properties residue were also considered.After that,the extinction properties of several compound smoke agents and copper powder in same quality were compared in a 9.1m3 cigarette box.At last,in accordance with the compound formula of the compound smoke hair agent in the laboratory,we pressed the smoke agent into sheet and determined several structure of the charge.the performance of smoke agent in outside was confirmed though infrared optical testing equipment.The results show that the combustion type infrared smoke generator based on light aerogel can not only achieve ideal shielding performance in the infrared band,but also has a longer duration of shielding than copper and graphite.
