The gasification of the coal is one of the most important processes in the clean coal technology.It is an important measurement to reduce the pollution of the environment and realize the comprehensive utilization of the coal.We establish a balance model of the coal slurry gasification process with the Aspen Plus process simulation software.The model is based on our factory adopted diverse as the research object.The influence the gasifier process gas composition,temperature,moisture ratio,carbon key indicator of a variety of factors such as outlet temperature of the washing tower were discussed.In addition,the grey water treatment system was also simulated.The details were as follows:(1)The technical principle,advantages and disadvantages of various gasification furnaces are introduced,and the simulation research of the gasification of the coal was reviewed.(2)The change of the pulp slurry droplets in the gasifier was discussed and the related reactions were introduced.The medium flows in the gasifier was described and the model of the gasification process was introduced.(3)The model of the gasification reaction process was established by the RStoic reactor + RGibbs reactor in the Aspen Plus.Firstly,the slurry in the RStoic reactor was decomposed into elemental,moisture and ash content controlled by a Fortran statement and then decomposed product was introduced into a RGibbs reactor.At last,the component of the product and the equilibrium temperature was obtained by the minimum Gibbs free energy method.(4)A REquil Ractor was added in the flowsheet and the product out of the RGibbs Ractor was introduced into the REquil module.The transformation reaction and the methanation reaction were modified by the temperature approach and the right temperature approach for the transformation reaction and the methanation reaction were obtained and with the right temperature approach,the final distribution of the product,the temperature and the volume of the dry gas were obtained.(5)With the model revised by the temperature approach,the influence factors,such as the concentration of the coal slurry,the ratio of O2/coal,and the pressure in the gasification reaction was studied.The reason of the result was discussed.(6)Based on the gasification reaction process model,the process model of the whole multi-component slurry gasification process was improved.In this paper,the influence of the coal slurry concentration and the ratio of O2/coal to the temperature and the ratio of water/gas out of the carbon washing tower was discussed.(7)The model of the treatment process of the grey water was established,and the simulation results were judged according to the actual production process.
