This dissertation focuses on nitrogen coordination transition metal complexes.Including arylimido zirconium/titanium complexes and azasilicon-bridged heterocyclic arylamines complexes.These complexes were characterized by 1H NMR?13C NMR?elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction.In addition,arylimido zirconium/titanium complexes are active for ethylene polymerization;morover,photophysical properties of azasilicon-bridged heterocyclic arylamines complexes were studied.Three main parts are included in this dissertation:Part 1: It describes the types?structures?characterization?synthesis and development of amido metal complexes.In addition,it introduces the catalytic activities of three types of amido metal complexes to the ethylene polymerization.Part 2: Arylimido zirconium/titanium complexes C1,C2 were synthesized.These complexes were characterized by 1H NMR?13C NMR?Scheme 1.1 synthesis of arylimido zirconium/titanium complexeselemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction,zirconium complex C1 is six-coordinated,titanium complex C2 is five-coordinated.In the presence of co-catalyst MAO,Arylimido zirconium/titanium complexes C1,C2 performed high activities toward ethylene polymerization.The resultant polyethylenes showed higher molecular weights.(Scheme 1.1)Part 3: Azasilicon-bridged heterocyclic arylamines complexes D1–D5 were synthesized(Scheme 1.2)and I studied their photophysical properties.These complexes were characterized by 1H NMR?13C NMR?elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction.Scheme 1.2 synthesis of azasilicon-bridged heterocyclic arylamines complexes D...
