In recent years,the rational design and construction of coordinationpolymers?CPs?composed of metal nodes and bridging linkers with novel structures and properties has always been one of the key research areas.In this paper,we selected three different types?rigid and flexible?of ligands with triazole benzoic acid groups.These organic compounds react with the transition metal ions by hydro?solvo?thermal method,which generate nine new structures of complexes.The structures and their purities of all complexes are characterized through the infrared spectrum analysis,X-ray single crystal diffraction,elemental analysis and X-ray powder diffraction.Besides,we have studied their thermogravimetric,fluorescence in solid and magnetic properties.Here,it mainly includes the following three aspects:1?Based on 3-?1,2,4-triazol-4-yl?benzoic acid?3-Htba?ligand construct three new complexesA kind of asymmetric rigid structure—3-?1,2,4-triazol-4-yl?-benzoic acid?3-Htba?,which has a variety of potential distribution sites?N,O?of nitrogen aromatic carboxylic acid ligand,under the high-temperature and high-pressure conditions of the hydrothermal reaction and transition metal salt self-assembly,was employed in the self-assembly with transition metal ions under hydrothermal conditions.We have obtained the three new complexes,[Co5?tba?4?OH?4?H2O?2Cl2]n?1?,[Cu?tba???-OH?H2O·H2O]n?2??[Cd?bta?Br]n?3?.The complex 1 builds a three-dimensional hole network structure with five nuclear metal clusters and point symbol in the topological structure is{412·63};Complex 2 has a one-dimensional chain structure;Complex 3 is a three-dimensional network structure with a topological point symbol is{32·75·83}{3·72}.In additon,the researches of the magnetic and solid fluorescence properties indicated that complex 1 had the weak ferromagnetic interactions between the magnetic ions and complexes 3exhibited blue purple light under excitation at 319 nm at room temperature.2?Based on 2,5-bis?1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl?-terephthalate?H2bttpa?ligand construct four new complexesA kind of rigid ligand with a symmetrical center ligand—2,5-bis?1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl?-terephthalate?H2bttpa?and transition metal salts,we received the four new complexes in the self-assemblies under hydrothermal conditions,[Mn?bttpa???2-O?2]n?4?,[Co?bttpa??H2O?2·2H2O]n?5?,[Zn?bttpa?·3DMF]n?6?,[Cd?bttpa??H2O?2]n?7?.The complexes 4 and 5are 2D planar structures;the complexes 6 and 7 are three-dimensional network structure.4 has ferromagnetic interactions,5 has antiferromagnetic interactions.The solid fluorescence research showed that complexes 6 and 7enhanced photoluminescence in comparison to the uncoordinated ligand and may serve as a candidate for luminescent materials.3?based on 5-??3-carboxy-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl?methyl?isophthalic acid?5-H3ctmia?ligand construct two new complexesA kind of flexible triazole aromatic polycarboxylic acid ligand—5-??3-carboxy-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl?methyl?isophthalic acid?5-H3ctmia?under hydrothermal conditions in self-assemblies with transition metal salts,we build two new complexes,[Mn?Hctmia??H2O?2]n?8?and[Co3?ctmia?2?H2O?6·2H2O]n?9?.Complex 8 is a 1D single-nuclear structure and complex 9 is a two-dimensional structure.Interestly,the carboxyl moieties on the 5-H3ctmia ligand are different,which in complex 8 was partly dehydrogenated and in complex 9 was completely dehydrogenated.The dehydrogenation mode of the carboxyl groups on the ligand affects the structure of the complexes.
