Since the beginning of the 20th century,leather products have gradually entered the ordinary people's families,their demand is increasing,their styles are constantly updated,and the product technology is more detailed.In order to seek processing rates,leather goods companies cut and cut multiple pieces of leather to cut out their outlines,detail contours or difficult-to-machine contours.They are cut by conventional manual and semi-automatic leather cutting equipment,and the requirements of leather products are coming.The higher the process,the less the current leather products need.With the rapid development of machine vision technology and image processing technology,intelligent equipment with visual image processing technology as the core has become the direction of enterprise equipment upgrade and transformation.In this paper,based on the visual image processing technology,the secondary cutting of semi-finished leather is taken as the research object,and a set of adaptive leather material cutting device is developed.This paper mainly develops the adaptive leather cutting device based on visual processing technology,including the mechanical structure design of the device,the key algorithm and algorithm of leather image processing,the frame construction of the motion control system and the interpolation algorithm and analysis of the cutting trajectory.Functional testing and experimental analysis.Firstly,the current research status of leather cutting device is analyzed,and the demand of leather cutting industry is investigated and analyzed.According to the performance index of leather cutting device,the overall design scheme with visual image processing technology as the core is constructed.The mechanical hardware of the leather cutting device was selected and designed,and the key components of the leather cutting device were designed to make the leather move smoothly on the conveyor belt without changing the posture,which laid the foundation for the image processing and trajectory cutting of the device.Secondly,the related algorithms are designed for leather image processing,including image bilateral filtering algorithm,image binarization algorithm,contour erosion expansion algorithm,boundary tracking extraction leather contour algorithm,and Hu moment algorithm for leather contour matching.The method of selecting the minimum circumscribed circle of the contour is used to select the key reference point of the leather.The Euclidean transformation matrix is obtained by using the template leather and the key reference point of the current leather.The cutting trajectory required by the current leather is generated according to the Euclidean transformation matrix,and the cutting trajectory is transmitted to the cutting trajectory.Motion Control System.Furthermore,the framework of the motion control system is built,and the hardware of the motion control system is selected and the I/O interface is allocated.The cutting trajectory is used to perform the interpolation operation and error analysis of the straight line,the arc and the curve,and the upper computer is combined.The mode of the motion control card completes the cutting motion.Finally,the experiment is carried out on the two belts of the leather cutting device with the speed difference and the precision of the leather cutting.The experimental results show that the cutting efficiency and precision of the adaptive leather cutting device based on the visual image processing technology are much higher than the manual cutting.And semi-automatic cutting equipment,leather cutting success rate of more than 96%,to meet the performance requirements of the production requirements.At the same time,some problems in the experiment were also analyzed to clarify the improvement direction of the leather cutting device.In the future research,the device will be further improved to meet higher production requirements.
