Isaria cicadae Miquel,as a food with high nutritional value,main consumption of its sclerotium and sporocarp,needs to be properly processed for consumption to avoid nutrient losses,and it is necessary to determine a reasonable food dose.This study was conducted to determine the nutrient changes of Isaria cicadae Miquel sclerotium and sporocarp in different processing methods.The acute toxicity test and 28 d feeding test of the mice were carried out with sclerotium and sporocarp as raw materials.The study found that the maximum tolerance MTD and the minimum lethal MLD of the sclerotium and sporocarp respectively.Determine the effects of sclerotium and sporocarp on the growth and development of mice,tissues and organs,digestion and absorption.Determined the safety range of Isaria cicadae Miquel and provide theoretical basis for the production and consumption of Isaria cicadae Miquel.The main research results showed that:1.Under sunlight,60 ? drying and freeze-drying,freeze-drying had the least influence on the protein,crude fat,and total sugar content of sclerotium and sporocarp,and it was followed by 60 ? drying in the industry.Residents using the sun had the greatest impact on protein,crude fat,and total sugar content.The ergot sterols of A.frondosa are mainly found in sporocarp,with a slight content in sclerotia.Cordycepin and adenosine are present in sporocarp and sclerotium.The content of fruit pods in sporocarp is higher than that in sclerotium and the content of polysaccharides in sclerotium.Higher than the child entity.After decocting,the protein,crude fat and total sugar content of the water decoction is lower than that of the water decoction,indicating that the basic nutrients of the coriander flower will not enter the liquid through boiled water,but still be stored in a large amount in the coriander sporocarp.The content of ergosterol was almost the same in water-decoction Isaria cicadae Miquel.Ergosterol was not detected in water decoction.The contents of cordycepin and adenosine in water-decoction Isaria cicadae Miquel were lower than those in water decoction.The content of polysaccharides in water-decoction Isaria cicadae Miquel was higher than that in water decoctions.Water decoction.In the three drying methods of drying on the sun,drying at 60 ?,and freezing and drying,freeze-drying has the lowest loss of nutrients in the 60 ? of Sophora japonica.Sunlight has the most loss of nutrients in Sophora japonica.2.The maximum tolerance of the sclerotium and sporocarp were 4.64 g/kg and 2.15 g/kg,respectively,the minimum lethal of the sclerotium and sporocarp were 10.0 g/kg and 4.64 g/kg,respectively.Sclerotium and sporocarps are not actually non-toxic,but can be eaten within an appropriate range.3.No mice died during the entire experiment.In the high-dose group of sclerotium and sporocarp,the feces of mice were abnormal.At the end of the experiment,the body weight of the mice in the dose group was lower than that in the control group.The average weekly weight gain of the dose group was lower than that of the control group,and the food intake was decreased,and the food utilization rate was decreased.The medium and high dose groups.The liver index and spleen index all increased compared with the control group.The heart,liver,spleen,lung,and kidney of the test mice were observed by section.No cell damage was observed,and blood biochemical indicators were at normal levels.The viscosity of the food group in the dose group was higher than that in the control group.The control group decreased.Both the sclerotium and sporocarp of Isaria cicadae Miquel were affecting the mice's digestion and absorption in a certain range,affecting the growth and development,enhance the immunity of mice,but no toxicological damage occurred.
