The Rhodamine B fluorescence materials have the characteristics of large molar absorption coefficient,high fluorescence quantum yield,good optical stability and so on,thus becoming the leader of organic small molecule luminescent materials.In this paper,the RBSCI,RBCS and RBBC are designed by using rhodamine B as raw material.Several fluorescent fluorescent molecular probes have been successfully prepared and can be used in the detection of metal ions.The details are as follows:In the second chapter,we first used the Rhodamine B to react with ethylamine.Then,it was reacted with thiophene-2-acetyl chloride to obtain a new fluorescence probe.After that,we had a series of tests on it,the ultraviolet-visible and fluorescence spectra tests revealed that:In anhydrous ethanol/ultrapure water(2:1,v/v;0.8 mM HEPES;pH 7.28)solvent system,there was a good specific choice for Sn2+.Job's plot experiments suggested that the RBSCl formed a 1:1 complex with Sn2+.The calculated detection limit was 0.193 ?M.Then,the toxic experiments in HeLa cells and the realization of fluorescence imaging showed the potential application value of RBSCl.In the third chapter,we reacted the Rhodamine B ethylenediamine and carbon disulfide in the molar ratio of 2:1,and then the new compound(RBCS)was obtained after the column was purified.In a specific solution system,RBCS could complex Fe3+ in a single way,resulting in a strong enhancement fluorescence.The toxicity and imaging experiments in HeLa cells showed us the application of RBCS in the detection.In the fourth chapter,we connected rhodamine B with coumarin through some connecting groups and got the probe RBBC.In the solvent system of anhydrous ethanol/ultra pure water(2:1,v/v,HEPES,0.7 mM,pH 7.36),RBBC could specifically complexing Fe3+ and could produce strong fluorescence.Subsequently,a series of fluorescence and cell experiments had proved its application in detection.
