With the use of natural gas as a conventional energy,it has become more and more widely used in daily life,the safety of bottle pressure vessel is a link that can not be neglected in natural gas station.The correct analysis and judgement of the damage mechanism will help people select effective inspection methods and formulate a scientific test plan.This will greatly reduce the risk of bottle pressure vessel failure?reduce the cost of inspection and improve the effectiveness of inspection.It is essential to ensure the safety of bottle pressure vessels in natural gas stations.In this paper,the damage mechanism of bottle pressure vessel is studied by means of theoretical research and comparative analysis,inspection and detection method of bottle pressure vessel is studied by experimental verification summary method.The main damage mechanism of bottle pressure vessel in natural gas station is the interaction of corrosion and stress,which lays a foundation for the development of bottle pressure vessel's inspection method.The SA372NJ70 steel is used as the material of the bottle body of the bottle pressure vessel in natural gas station,and the safety performance of the bottle pressure vessel is guaranteed.The working environment of bottle pressure vessel in natural gas station was investigated,and the chemical components of natural gas and residual liquid were analyzed.The constant pressure tensile test and mechanical test of the bottle pressure vessel are carried out in the hydrogen sulfide environment,which provides an important reference for the safe use and regular inspection of the bottle pressure vessel.Nondestructive testing method for bottle pressure vessel of natural gas station was determined.The test results of ultrasonic examination,endoscopy,thickness measurement,ultrasonic C scanning,radiographic examination,magnetic particle test and penetrant examination were studied.The accuracy,inspection cost,inspection time and applicability of the bottle pressure vessel are compared.In the periodical inspection of bottle pressure vessel in natural gas station,ultrasonic inspection is the best method.Based on the inspection and detection method of bottle pressure vessel,the ultrasonic testing method of bottle pressure vessel is put forward.A new type of magnetic memory testing method is introduced for the bottle pressure vessel of natural gas station,which lays a foundation for the wider use and development of the bottle pressure vessel in natural gas station.The mechanism and detection methods of bottle pressure vessel's damage are studied.Various inspection methods are compared and analyzed,and a test program suitable for bottle pressure vessel in natural gas station is proposed and verified.It provides a scientific reference for the determination of inspection methods in natural gas station,and provides the guarantee for the safety of the bottle pressure vessel in natural gas station.
