In recent years,with the continuous progress of science and technology,frequency conversion speed adjustment has been widely applied in petrochemical enterprises and achieved great achievements.reach.It has played a great role in enterprise dredger and safety production,and has wide application space.In this paper,some large pumps in petrochemical enterprises use valves,baffles,flow(pressure)regulating system and so on,which leads to greater energy consumption,adjust the valve before the high pressure,noise and other security issues,adopting high voltage frequency converter to replace the original valve regulation scheme.Not only the energy consumption is saved,but also the safety factor of the running equipment is raised.This paper briefly introduces the basic theory of high voltage inverter,according to the basic principle and common control methods and their common types,the actual operating conditions of the circulating hydrogen compressor operating system in the diesel hydrotreating unit of the refinery of SINOPEC are analyzed.Several methods of speed regulation for asynchronous motor are compared,a new control system for high voltage inverter based on IGCT power semiconductor technology and DTC direct torque control technology is selected.Secondly,combined with circulating hydrogen compressor for frequency conversion speed regulation project,The main circuit design of variable frequency speed regulation system is discussed in detail,configuration of high voltage inverter power switch protection and frequency converter self protection,design the interface between frequency converter and DCS automatic control system and debug before operation.Through the analysis of the data after the operation for a period of time,the energy saving calculation is carried out by adopting the energy saving benefit calculation method,to verify the reasonable frequency transformation not only makes the degree of automation of the device is more obvious,at the same time,the device also has the stability and reliability,not only save a large amount of energy consumption,but also make the motor on the speed control has better performance,enterprises get greater economic benefits.
