Popularization and application of AC motor frequency control of motor speed technology,as in the early 70th,which appeared in the last century since the late 1990 s,our country electric power industry,metallurgy industry and so on a few industries enterprise began to use the high pressure frequency converter.In recent years,along with the deepening of the national energy conservation and emissions reduction work carried out,China's steel industry is facing unprecedented challenges,excess steel production capacity is serious,the industry faces to the immense pressure capacity.The state has also introduced a number of steel and coal production capacity policies.In this environment,the production plan of the steel enterprises in the whole year will cause huge fluctuations according to the market conditions,which is bound to affect the production of oxygen generating units.The circulating water system,as a supporting system for oxygen producing units,will also adjust the pump mode frequently,and the energy saving of circulating water system is imminent.In this paper,the design and research of the distribution system for the circulating water system of the oxygen plant in the company of eight steel companies are studied,and some problems existing in the actual operation of the power supply and distribution system are studied and the solutions are found.Focuses on analyzing the actual production,because different combination patterns of the unit and the driving equipment,caused eight steel company and circulating water system for power distribution system energy consumption is higher,cannot achieve hydraulic automatic adjustment,etc.In the practical operation of the company's circulating water system,our factory has transformed the circulating water system water pump in the production practice.Through the implementation of the project and experiment,fully proved circulating water system of high voltage frequency conversion technology reform can effectively reduce the energy consumption,realize the function such as automatic adjustment of water pressure,water,fully demonstrated the necessity of the inverter for eight steel company of baosteel group oxygen plant continue to deepen reform provides a valuable experience.Our practice proves that the frequency converter is to reduce power loss,the advantages of stable and reliable performance,has very obvious energy saving effect,and the control system has functions of flexible,reliable performance and high degree of automation.Through technological transformation,the PLC system of the upper computer can be combined with the high voltage inverter of the lower part to meet the requirements of various industrial speed regulating systems.The transformation of variable frequency speed control system is worthy to be used in the inner and even whole steel enterprises of baosteel group.
