Recently,because of its superior performance,the organic silicon material has received extensive attention in the field of material research,and its water-based or special synthetic method has been designed to realize the 'compounding with other organic water-based resins.The prepared silicon-containing latex has both environmental performance and application performance,and has important research value and application prospects in the fields of anti-staining,self-repairing and toughening modifiers.In this dissertation,based on the study of ionomer ring-opening emulsion synthesis of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D4),different organosiloxanes were selected for new particle design to prepare composite organosiloxane latex.And explored the application of different latex in the field of construction coatings hydrophobic modifiers and polymer toughening modifiers.The main content of this article is as follows:(1)Study on ion ring-opening emulsion polymerization of D4:Design different ion ring opening reactions.Through the study of the emulsifying system,the adjustment of the formulation and the optimization of the process,a polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)latex with good appearance,controlled particle size,high conversion rate,and low drifting oil was prepared.The resulting latex was added to the architectural coating as a modifier,the performance of the modified coating was tested,and the modification effect of the hydrophobic properties of the architectural coating was examined.The pilot experiment of PDMS latex was carried out to verify the process stability of the synthesis method of this paper,which is beneficial to further industrial amplification and application.(2)PDMS latex was used as seed,and PDMS/polysilsesquioxane(PSQ)latex with core-shell structure was prepared through the design and use of coupling groups combined with interface conditions of latex.PDMS is used as the nuclear layer,which is covered by the PSQ shell and can be released under certain conditions.The synthesis method passed the 10L amplification experiment and has good synthesis stability.The PDMS/PSQ powder prepared by spray-drying of PDMS/PSQ latex was used as a plastic toughening agent to investigate the toughening effects of PVC,PC and PP plastics.It was found that it had a good toughening effect on the PVC system.(3)Preparation of poly(silsesquioxane)(PSQ)latex,adding a cyclic organosilicone monomer in combination with an emulsifier and an initiator to perform ring-opening polymerization to prepare a PSQ-PDMS composite latex.The influencing factors and reaction mechanism of PSQ-PDMS composite latex preparation were explored.The PSQ-PDMS composite latex was blended into the traditional acrylate latex.The effect of the composite latex on the acrylate latex was investigated.On this basis,acrylic monomers and cyclic organosilicon monomers were added to the PSQ latex at the same time,and copolymerization was performed under the cooperation of a complex emulsifier and a catalyst to prepare a silicon-silicon-propylene triple composite latex.The effects of different ratios of different groups on the composite latex were investigated.The silicone-acrylic composite latex was blended into a conventional acrylic latex to investigate the influence of the composite latex on the acrylic latex.The results show that the introduction of silicon-silicon-propyl composite particles can greatly improve its hydrophobic properties,and also improve the impact properties of PA latex films.
