Application Of Aqueous Aluminum Silver Paste In Color Ink

Aluminum silver paste,also known as flash paste.The main components of aluminum silver paste are similar to the snow-like,scaly or silver-like aluminum particles and petroleum solvents,as well as some other additives,in the form of a paste.Aluminum paste is a kind of pigment.It is processed by special techniques and surface treatment.The surface of the prepared aluminum paste is smooth,smooth,with concentrated particle size distribution and regular shape.Aluminum silver paste has a wide range of applications,generally used in coatings,aluminum powder paint,plastic paint and so on.In this paper,the application of water-based aluminum silver paste to ink has been studied in the following aspects:Chapter 1:The chapter briefly introduces the current research status of electronic ink,ceramic ink,and erasable ink.It briefly describes the applications of flash materials such as glitter powder,pearlescent pigments,aluminum silver paste,and precautions for use.Outlines environmental protection dyes The characteristics,classification and dyes commonly used in inks.Chapter 2: the selection of single dispersant,wetting agent on water aluminum silver slurry was dispersed,static observation of the experimental phenomena,selection of appropriate dispersant which can be stably dispersed.Selecting composite dispersant on water aluminum silver paste was dispersed,the observed experimental phenomena,Selection of appropriate dispersant to make it can be stably dispersed.Chapter 3: The selection of acrylic resin emulsion and polyurethane emulsion of aqueous aluminum paste was dispersed,and the use of appropriate additives on water aluminum silver slurry dispersing formula to optimize the use of ink in the requirements,and determine the dispersion formula of water aluminum silver slurry.Chapter 4: First select the dyes suitable for aqueous aluminum silver paste dispersion system,adding dyes to ensure uniform dispersion of aqueous aluminum paste.Finally,penetrants and preservatives are added to improve the ink performance and determine the best ink formulation.Chapter 5: Summarizes the dispersion of water borne aluminum paste in ink.And listed the follow-up research work to be done.
