Study On CSR Of Shanxi Coal International Energy Group Company

Enterprises need to undertake certain social responsibility.This view in the corporate world has reached consensus.More and more companies began to actively translate the concept into action.Its aim is to establish a good corporate image,reduce the financing constraints and improve profitability.We choose Shanxi Coal International Energy Group Company as a case and research the "triple bottom line" model.The purpose is to accurately and objectively measure the company,to summarize the deficiency existing in the present situation and to put forward improvement suggestions.The paper consists three parts.First,we introduce the meaning of CSR,the necessity of fulfilling CSR and the social responsibility of coal enterprises.Second,we evaluate CSR fulfillment from three bottom line.Finally,we put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions to the company from three aspects.We make a comprehensive summary and objective evaluation form the economic,environmental and social bottom line,aiming at putting forward the corresponding suggestions.This paper makes a comparatively objective and comprehensive analysis of the status of Shanxi Coal International Energy Group Company.There are three conclusions.In the economic bottom line,the government should provide coal products import and export credit for the company.In the environment bottom line,government should increase funding support for coal enterprises and help coal enterprises to carry out reform.In the social bottom line,government should introduce relevant policies.Enterprises should disclose the social responsibility report voluntarily.And enterprises should enhance their comprehensive strength,strengthen the sense of responsibility and put it into action.The innovations of the article are mainly in two facets.First,the "triple bottom line" model is for the first time applied to analysis the current situation of Shanxi Coal International Energy Group Company and to make objective comprehensive evaluation.Second,the paper puts forward the new improvement of views and measures.In this paper,the author makes a comprehensive summary and an objective evaluation form the economic,environmental and social bottom line,aiming at putting forward the corresponding suggestions and measures.The purpose is to strengthen the consciousness of Shanxi Coal International Energy Group Company and to take the initiative to bear more social responsibility.
