After more than 20 years of rapid development,the milk market in China's dairy industry has stabilized,while the dairy goat industry has developed rapidly and the number of dairy goats has increased significantly.However,as people become more aware of the nutritional value of milk and deepen their understanding of health,milk is recognized by more people,and at present,the current status of China's dairy industry,it is difficult to improve the quality of milk from varieties,feeding,etc.in a short period of time.And taste,therefore need to add a new production process,flash evaporation system in the production process can solve the problem of milk quality,improve the dry matter content and stability of the material,make the product more pure and more fragrant than before.And since goat milk has a special smell,it can remove the smell of milk by virtue of the flash system to meet the needs of consumers.At present,products of flash milk have appeared in the foreign dairy products market,but the research on flash sterilization technology in China is still in the initial stage.Therefore,the research on the key technologies in flash pasteurization production of goat milk powder has certain application prospects,which is of great significance to promote the development of new products in the dairy industry.This paper first optimizes the flashing process of goat milk powder,and conducts a single factor experiment on the three factors that affect the quality of goat milk: sterilization temperature,sterilization time,and bactericidal feed intake.Then response surface analysis is used to optimize the optimal process.The results showed that when the sterilization time was 26.21 s,the sterilization temperature was 106.48?,and the sterilization feed was 74.52%,the product had the highest overall score and the best quality.The sterilized the size of the sterilizer,clean steam generator equipment through a single factor experiment to study its effects on the sheep's milk,the experimental results found that sterilizer size reduction is 25 cm,clean steam generator pressure is 5.6bar,the highest sensory evaluation score.Finally,goat milk then enters the flash evaporation system,and the key technical parameters for flash evaporation are optimized.The single-factor experiments are used to study the parameters such as the flash temperature,the flash discharge amount,and the flash evaporator level,and then the response is used.The surface test was optimized and the best process parameters were obtained: flash temperature 68.72°C,flash-off volume 10.25 t,flash-separator liquid level 60.49%.This paper will analyze the technical and economical production of goat milk powder,analyze the production energy consumption of the product process and equipment and single ton product,and calculate the corresponding price.It is concluded that the single ton cost of the product is 27437.66 yuan.
