In the process of chemical oil refining,catalytic cracking anti-re-systems occupy a very important position,and it has a wide range of applications,such as wide application,strong processing ability,and complex process.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out simulation modeling research on the entire reaction and regeneration system for catalytic cracking.After nearly a hundred years of development,there are many well-established simulation modeling methods for this device.However,due to factors such as noise interference,measurement error,and equipment aging during the actual production operation,these factors are rarely involved in the inherent methods.Therefore,there is still much room for improvement in the accuracy and accuracy of simulation modeling.In this paper,we first study the following two representative methods for data steady state identification:the wavelet packet analysis method,the improved F-test method,and the detailed mathematical description.It also discusses several algorithms applied in error processing,methods for identifying and correcting gross errors,and discusses the objective functions of steady-state recognition problems.Secondly,the difficulties in the modeling process of the reaction and regeneration system for catalytic cracking mainly are determining the construction of the riser reaction network,building the overall modeling and solution the whole model of the reaction and regeneration system for catalytic cracking.In this paper,the model of the riser is modeled with the reference pseudo-component method,and the complex network of the original riser model is improved,and the problem of discontinuous reaction patterns is solved.The product distribution function is proposed and it is considered that all heavy components can be split into ratios.Its light component.The regenerator model part is mainly the catalyst regeneration process.The regenerator model scheme proposed in this paper improves the coking amount and temperature correlation formula to make the C02,02,CO and other smoke content closer to the production data,and the model is more fit.At the same time,based on the establishment of the steady-state model,online identification and optimization of the riser and regenerator model parameters,the entire parameter optimization strategy is simple and can be well applied to the complex petrochemical process model.In addition,PI control of the entire reaction regeneration system is used to better solve the stability problem of the model.On this basis,the simulation software for steady state and dynamic model of FCCU reaction and regeneration system was developed.It lays a solid foundation for conducting stable point identification calculation method and industrial application research for such devices.
