In recent years,the rapid development of China's coal chemical industry,the use of coal as raw materials to produce downstream chemical products such as methanol rapid rise.Accompanied with the increase of domestic demand of acetic acid products in recent years,acetic acid production process also has a new development.The traditional methanol production of acetic acid distillation process is mainly composed of three towers,the third tower of finished product tower of acetic acid production,waste from the tower The bottom of the kettle is discharged for incineration.Currently the new acetic acid project,the distillation process than the traditional process more than 4 towers and 5 towers,of which 4 tower distillation tower main role is to waste acid in the initial recovery of acetic acid to reduce the concentration of acetic acid in the waste,This makes it easier to purify the propionic acid from the waste stream.At the same time in most of the acetic acid plant,the use of 5 tower dealkanation tower is very low,with a company 300,000 tons/year acetic acid plant,for example,has not been used since its production,resulting in a waste of equipment,if you can use idle Equipment,project transformation,the realization of propionic acid purification,propionic acid recovery products,reduce waste generation,will increase the economic efficiency of the device.In this study,the production principle,influencing factors and recovery process of propionic acid were studied.The acetic acid synthesis reaction is carried out under the condition of rhodium catalyst.In order to improve the catalytic activity,it is very important to add some catalytic stabilizer,such as lithium iodide,to the reaction system respectively.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the change of propionic acid under the conditions of specific catalyst,And the propionic acid concentration at different reaction temperatures was sampled and analyzed to obtain the data of propionic acid under specific conditions,and the mechanism of the formation of propionic acid was verified by experiments.At the same time,the feasibility of changing the production of propionic acid was studied.Two kinds of propionic acid were proposed to improve the propionic acid.The advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes were compared.Excellent combined production recovery program,in the smallest possible investment to complete the recovery of propionic acid in waste acid,propionic acid products to achieve the recycling.In the current state to promote energy conservation and environmental protection under the premise of achieving environmental protection and economic benefits of the double income.
