Arsenic(As)is kind of a toxic metalloid chemical element.Arsenic and its compounds will have a great impact on the environment and human health if they are not effectively disposed.Human activities are one of the major sources of arsenic pollutants,of which the copper smelting process produces larger amount of arsenic emission.Therefore,the study of emission inventory of arsenic pollution sources in copper smelting industry is of great significance to effectively solve the problem of arsenic pollution,to achieve effective prevention and control of arsenic pollution,and to promote the sustainable development of copper smelting industry.However,our country has not systematically carried out the research on arsenic pollution emission inventory.Therefore,this study studies the emission of arsenic pollution sources in copper smelting process and constructs accounting method of arsenic pollution source list,and establishes emission inventory of arsenic pollution sources in 100 copper smelting enterprises based on historical measured data collection and field survey.Meanwhile,this paper also studies smelting process of arsenic emissions,thedistribution of enterprises,provincial-level characteristics such as analysis.and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for copper smelting industry supervision and management.The main conclusions of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Constructing the accounting method of arsenic pollution source list.According to the data collection,this paper makes a comparative study of several commonly used emission inventory accounting methods,such as material balance algorithm,measurement method,emission coefficient method,percentage coefficient method,and consulting data method.Finally,the emission amount of arsenic in exhaust gas is calculated by the percentage of arsenic content in the exhaust particulates smoke(dust)in the enterprise,and the blowdown coefficient method is used for comparative analysis;The blowdown coefficient method is used to calculate the amount of arsenic pollutants emission in waste water,and the results are compared with the environmental statistics;Calculating arsenic pollutant emission amount in solid waste by using material balance method,calculating arsenic production amount by using arsenic balance in material.(2)Establishing the emission inventory of arsenic pollution sources in 100 copper smelting enterprises.Calculating the amount of arsenic pollutants emissiond from waste water,waste gas and solid waste in each enterprise,and know that the total amount of arsenic pollutant emission is about 64,200 tons.Among which,arsenic pollutant emission amount in waste gas,waste water,and solid waste is 46.19 tons,21.95 tons,64,100 tonsrespectively.The results show that the arsenic pollution in copper smelting industry mainly comes from solid waste.Among the solid waste,there are 4,700 tons general solid waste,59,400 tonshazardous solid waste,accounting for 7.39%and 92.61%respectively.Therefore,the contribution of hazardous wastes to solid wastes is the largest.(3)Conducted a copper smelting process of arsenic emissions,the distribution of enterprises,provincial-level characteristics such as analysis.In the provinces where the discharge of arsenic was the largest,the provinces with the largest emissions.of arsenic were the provinces with the highest emissions of arsenic,the provinces with the highest arsenic emissions in solid wastes,the arsenic in hazardous wastes The provinces where the largest amount of material was produced were analyzed.Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen supervision on copper smelting enterprises,especially to strengthen the supervision of solid waste disposal.The results show that study on emission inventory of arsenic pollution sources in copper smelting process will contribute to system identification,sorting and quantitative analysis of heavy metal pollution source,so as to provide comprehensive basic data support and reliable theoretical basis for our country's heavy non-ferrous metal pollution control measures,environmental protection policy,specification requirements and standard system.
