Emerging pollutants,most of which are difficult to degrade and bio-accumulate,it is not only do harm to the ecological environment,but also affect the growth and development of animals and plants,and even threaten human health.It is often present in relatively low concentrations and challenging to be detected by current methods.Current methods for detecting emerging contaminants generally use methods such as liquid chromatography,gas chromatography,mass spectrometry,and their combined use.These methods have disadvantages such as high cost,long detection period,and poor selectivity.Molecularly imprinted fluorescent nanoprobes(MIFPS)have the advantages of low cost,simple detection procedures,high detection speed,high selectivity comparing to the traditional method.Even though the research on the development and application of MIFPS has been increasing in recent years,sol-gel mehod was mostly used whereas free radical polymerization method was rarely reported,in addition,energy resonance transfer was the dominate fluorescence quenching mechanism in previous research.This has severly limit the widespread application of MIFPS.In this study,tetracycline MIFPS,norfloxacin MIFPS,sulfapyridine MIFPS,and sulfathiazole MIFPS were successfully prepared based on the selected fluorescence monomer and fluorescence quenching mechanism.It was found that the inner filter effect cannot be applied to molecularly imprinted fluorescent nanoprobes;the imprinting factor of norfloxacin MIFPS is 1.69,its linear range is 0-30?mol/L,and its R~2 is 0.9632;the imprinting factor of sulfathiazole MIFPS is 3.4,the linear range is 0-0.67 mmol/L,the detection limit is 0.0054mmol/L;the linear range of sulfapyridine MIFPS is 1-200?mol/L,the imprinting factor is 2.5,and the R~2 is 0.9739.And it is successfully used in the detection of response target objects in the environment.Therefore,this study has provided a theoretical surpport for the development and application of new type MIFPS.
