With the increasing demand for petroleum resources,the recycling of used rolling oil has become the focus of attention.The regeneration of used oil not only saves energy and maximizes the benefits,effectively controls the pollution of used oil to the environment and achieves the goal of environmental friendliness.At present,there are more and more researches on the regeneration of used oil at home and abroad.Therefore,it is urgent to find a regeneration technology for used oil with good regeneration effect,no pollution,safe and simple operation,and low cost.In this article,three kinds of used oil regeneration processes are introduced.After effective use,a very good regeneration effect is achieved.This experiment mainly studied the effect of the amount of polyacrylamide?PAM?and polyethylenimine?PEI?in the flocculant combination on the flocculation effect and optimized the experimental conditions.The adsorption effects of different adsorbents were studied.The application of membrane separation technology in the regeneration direction of used oil was analyzed,including the choice of membrane material,the choice of membrane pore size,and the choice of filtration method.And the effects of different membranes on regeneration,operating conditions,and the effect of membrane pore size on the light transmittance,kinematic viscosity,and membrane flux were compared.The results showed that the optimum flocculation temperature used in the flocculation experiment was 35°C.The stirring time was 40 minutes.The stirring speed was 600 rpm.When the ratio of polyacrylamide?PAM?and polyethylenimine?PEI?to oil was 40:3 and 20:3respectively,the flocculation effect was the best and the sludge removal rate was up to 8.8%.300-400 mesh silica gel has the best regeneration effect on the flocculated oil.The decolorization rate of the regenerated oil can reach 66%.The water content is 5 ppm.The density is 826.5 kg.m-3.The saponification value is 10.The ash content is 0.452 wt.%.The flash point is 156°C.When the membrane pore size is 0.2?m,the transmittance is 83%.The kinematic viscosity is 8.36 mm3·s-1?40°C.?and 2.52 mm3·s-1?100°C?.The higher the operating temperature,the greater the flux of the membrane.However,the operating temperature has little effect on the kinematic viscosity,and basic balance is about 8.5 mm3·s-1.
