Reactive Powder Concrete(RPC)is a new type of material with ultra-high strength,high toughness,and high durability.As a promising engineering material,RPC is becoming a research hotspot in the field of civil engineering.At present,there are many researches on the normal temperature performance of RPC,and there are few studies on its high temperature performance.In this paper,the thermal parameters and temperature field distribution of RPC at high temperature are studied by means of experiment and numerical simulation.The main contents are as follows:(1)The mix ratio Optimization test.The effects of water-binder ratio,silica fume,slag powder,water-reducing agent content,volume content of steel fiber and polypropylene fiber on the strength and fluidity of reactive powder concrete were studied.According to the test results,the best mix ratio of reactive powder concrete with good strength and flowability is determined.And the formula for the mix ratio of RPC is put forword,which Provides reference for the application of RPC.(2)Thermal parameters test.Based on the best mix ratio,the changes of thermal parameters on the fiber type and fiber volume as the temperature increases are studied,and The internal mechanism of RPC during the change of thermal parameters is discussed,meanwhile the relationship between RPC thermal parameters and temperature changes is obtained.The differences in thermal parameters between RPC,ordinary concrete and high-strength concrete are compared and analyzed.(3)Temperature field test and simulation.The temperature distribution in the RPC heating process is measured by the embedded thermocouple in the specimen,And the measured temperature-time curve is drawn.By entering the thermal parameters of the self-test,using ABAQUS software to simulate the temperature field of RPC.The results show that,The simulated value agrees well with the measured value,the correctness of measured thermal parameters and theoretical models is verified.
