Reactive Powder Concrete has excellent mechanical properties and durability,and has a wide application space in structural members of civil construction facilities.In recent years,with the further development of reactive powder concrete configuration technology and application research,Reactive Powder Concrete has been applied to bridges,buildings,nuclear engineering,road safety protection components,and played in engineering applications with harsh environments and high strength requirements.An irreplaceable role.Based on the basic configuration principle of reactive powder concrete,combined with local raw materials in Liaoning,and optimized the quartz sand grading with the maximum compactness theory,defoaming agent is added to defoam the Reactive Powder Concrete to further improve the mechanics of concrete.The strength and effective improvement of the flatness of the surface of the concrete specimen,positive effect on the promotion and application of the active powder concrete,and the determination of the optimal mix ratio of the active powder concrete,so that the compressive strength of the Reactive Powder Concrete reaches 156MPa The flexural strength is 32 MPa.Based on the comprehensive advantages of high strength and high durability of Reactive Powder Concrete,in order to improve the erosion and damage of the existing reinforced concrete anti-collision wall in the environment and salt in Northeast China,the concrete surface of the anti-collision wall is detached and the steel bars are exposed.Applying Reactive Powder Concrete to the anti-collision wall can not only improve the mechanical properties of the anti-collision wall,but also avoid repeated repair or even replacement of the anti-collision wall.However,the structural design of the active powder concrete anti-collision wall,the collision load parameters(collision speed,vehicle mass,collision angle)and their mutual interaction on the impact wall are the design of Reactive Powder Concrete in the anti-collision wall.Basic issues,overall,research work in this area is still very limited.Based on the finite element software ABAQUS,this paper analyses the anti-collision performance of ordinary concrete anti-collision wall and reactive powder concrete anti-collision wall,explores the structural effect of vehicle-anti-collision wall system under the influence of external factors,vehicle mass,collision angle and initial collision velocity,and reveals the influence law of each factor on the maximum impact force and dynamic deformation of anti-collision wall.New Jersey reactive powder concrete(RPC)collision wall based on traditional structure has excellent impact resistance.Further optimum design of the structure is carried out.The impact of external factors on the optimized impact wall is simulated by using finite element software.The optimum design of RPC structure is selected to make it have the best impact resistance,safety and environmental protection.economy.
