Design And Implementation Of Automatic Scheduling System For Steel Coil Warehouse Based On Unmanned Crane

The crane is an essential indispensable and equipment in the industrial production and logistics.With the development of science and technology and the need of production logistics,the unmanned crane of steel coil warehouse has been put into use in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of crane operation.At the same time,in the dispatching link,the crane and auxiliary equipment can not be put into use in all the design quantities;and the distribution of jobs is uneven;scheduling planning and response time are long.Therefore,it is urgent to achieve efficient automatic scheduling.According to the demand of scheduling,system design is carried out to realize automatic scheduling.Its functions include reservoir digitization,equipment digitalization,plan management,reservation allocation in the reservoir area,transportation path calculation,crane automatic assignment,work order management,crane operation scheduling,warehouse map display and correction,and interface management.Among them,the main design are developed as following three aspects: automatic path choice,namely automatically select the material from the storage to the outbound transportation path and do link material transport the shortest distance,minimum step;crane automatic selection,namely real-time accurately assigning tasks to perform crane is the key,through the classification of the primary and secondary operations of crane,moving range to achieve a reasonable distribution of crane automatic selection;automatic operation scheduling,namely unmanned crane rely on the operation instruction,through the instruction scheduling program to implement the standard operation to solve the coil warehouse crane equipment and many kinds of conflicts between operations.After the automatic dispatching system is put into operation,two cranes are simultaneously raised to three cranes at the same time.two auxiliary devices are upgraded to four auxiliary devices at the same time.The dispatching response is increased from hour to ten seconds,and the location of materials is 100% in the reservoir area.The automatic dispatching system of steel coil warehouse based on the unmanned crane is in line with the law of scientific development,prompting the transformation from rough management to meticulous management,and providing a solution for the problems arising from the operation of the unmanned crane.
