| The crane is an indispensable lifting device in the production and logistics of steel enterprises.With the rapid development of modern science and technology and the increasing demand for enterprise production logistics,improving the operational efficiency of the crane and refining the accuracy of the crane operation has become an urgent issue.At the same time,it also reveals that there is no more efficient coordination between the crane and the auxiliary equipment;the time of dispatching the work order of the crane is unreasonable;the response time of the crane to the work order is too long,so efficient automatic implementation is realized.Control is a top priority.The automatic control system of the crane has developed modules such as real-time control of the crane,crane operation control,equipment control and steel coil tracking from multiple aspects such as multi-vehicle linkage,bicycle control,equipment interaction and reservoir area update.Among them,the real-time control of the crane is mainly responsible for the scheduling problem generated when the multi-day vehicle executes the work order;the crane operation control is mainly responsible for the execution of the work order of the single crane,the obstacle avoidance,collecting various information of the single crane and judging it.While ensuring the successful execution of the crane work plan,the efficiency and stability of the crane work,the safety of the crane and the associated equipment on site are guaranteed.On this basis,the visual screen for the operator to control the crane is developed,and artificial protection is added on the basis of automatic to ensure the stability of the system to the greatest extent.The use of the automatic control system has improved the working environment of the crane operator,optimized the information flow of the reservoir management,and solved the problems of rough operation and low efficiency of the traditional crane.Figure 26;Table 36;Reference 42... |
