| Reducing carbon emissions from the transportation industry is the focus of carbon reduction in China. To make the transportation industry achieve better development on the basis of energy conservation and emission reduction,it is urgent to realize low-carbon transportation. However,China’s regional differences are significant, resulting in an unbalanced development of transportation levels, and there are also differences in regional transportation carbon emissions. The key to solving the problem of carbon emissions in transportation is to explore the differences in carbon emissions between regions.Based on this, the paper first measures carbon emissions from transport and carbon emissions from transport, and based on this, measures the Gini coefficient, the Theil index, and the logarithmic deviation mean of carbon intensity.By analyzing these indicators to reflect the status quo and regional differences in China’s transportation carbon emissions;and finally through the nuclear density estimation and Markov chain method to analyze the dynamic distribution and internal flow status of regional carbon-carbon intensity differences in transportation.Through the study of this paper,it is found that:(1)The carbon emissions of China’s transportation are increasing continuously from 2004 to 2015,of which the total amount of carbon emissions in the eastern region is the highest, followed by the middle, and the lowest in the western region;China’s transportation carbon The emission intensity showed an upward trend, among which, the eastern region showed a rise and then declined, while the central region showed a sustained and slowly rising state. In the western region, the traffic carbon intensity was a fluctuating upward state.(2)The Gini coefficient of national transportation carbon intensity is between 0.121 and 0.143,and the overall difference in China’s transportation carbon intensity is relatively small. The large gap between the eastern, central and western regions(large gap between groups)is the main reason for the large gap in China’s transport and carbon emissions.(3)At the national level, the regional disparities in the carbon emissions from transport are gradually expanding during the sample period. The gap between regions in the eastern region has gradually narrowed, and the gap between the central and western regions has expanded.(4)The distribution level of China’s transportation carbon emission intensity is relatively stable, and the probability of shifting to other levels is relatively small. In addition, the carbon intensity of China’s transportation and transportation was concentrated at low and medium-low levels in the early stage of the inspection, but the long-term equilibrium shows that the carbon intensity of most provinces is at medium level.Combining the development trend of the province’s carbon emission intensity, this paper mainly sets up a carbon emission control mechanism for transportation, implements regionally differentiated carbon emission reduction measures, adopts a coordinated and coordinated carbon emission reduction approach, and advocates the development of low-carbon transportation and ecological economy.Ways and other aspects to give corresponding policy recommendations to balance the transport of carbon emissions between provinces and cities. |
