With the development of urban and rural construction in China,the steel cage rolling welder has gradually become one of the indispensable construction machinery in the modern construction project.The traditional way of reinforcing steel cage is entirely manually welded by workers using welding equipment.The processing cost and energy consumption are large and the processing efficiency is low.The emergence of roll welder has officially rewritten the history.However,the existing reinforcing cage seam welder is not high degree of automation,reinforcing cage products during the production equipment is not enough to complete work,and the processing technology is not perfect,far less than the basic requirement of modern construction.In the whole structure of the steel cage rolling welder,the movable disk occupies the core position,and its working performance will directly affect the quality of the steel cage products.In order to improve the stability of reinforcing cage seam welder operation,improve the processing quality,increase economic benefits,based on the existing steel cage welder,a new type of driving mechanism is designed,the mechanism comprises a rolling device and a walking device,can realize the stable transmission rate uniform,moreover,it can effectively reduce labor cost and energy consumption,and improve the production efficiency and automation level of steel cage molding equipment.In this paper,based on the characteristics of the steel cage and the general requirements of the motion of the moving plate,the components of the moving plate mechanism are determined,through comparing the common transmission scheme and analysis of reinforcement cage helix angle and pitch theory theory,put forward the reinforcement cage roll welding and plate rolling motor walking device of scheme,the stirrup straightening theory to analyze and determine the five roll(round)as the basic model of straightening device for straightening mechanism.According to the reinforcing cage seam welder moving plate rolling and walking device,respectively,of reinforcing cage seam welder moving plate rolling and walking device of concrete structure design,including the selection of design calculation and design of the core part of the auxiliary device is installed and fixed,the power device and check the weak links of the straightening device,the specific design of the structure,the main parameters determining device straight five round straightening.The coordinated control of welding plate rolling and rolling walking mechanism of reinforced cage,using virtual spindle type control method,a motion axis control model,using OMRON NJ301-1200 PLC control scheme is designed,including hardware design and software design,determine the reinforcing cage seam welder moving plate motion between the axis of motion control of electronic gear method,the design of the electronic gear,formulate corresponding control algorithm for each axis.The establishment of 3D model of key components using CATIA V5 R20 software,the dynamic wheel gear shaft rolling mechanism and the moving wheel walking mechanism of transmission shaft by finite element analysis using finite element analysis software ANSYS,the corresponding parts of the stress,strain and deformation diagram drawing,analysis whether meet the mechanical properties and processing requirements the respective.
