Based on the study of the microstructure of the biological surface in nature,it is found that the excellent characteristics of the biological surface are greatly related to the structure and microstructure of the biological surface,including the self-cleaning performance of the lotus leaf papillae composite structure,the hydrophobic anisotropy of the butterfly wing surface layer structure,the surface roughness of the peanut leaves shows high adhesion characteristics and so on.Through the intensive study of lotus leaf and other superhydrophobic plant surfaces,the bionic hydrophobic surface was prepared by combined machining of laser processing and pulse deposition technology.The morphology characteristics of the surface structure are analyzed and the bionic structure model is established,meanwhile the influence rules and evolution mechanism of the coupling structure on the surface wettability and adhesion are studied.The results show that the grid structured hydrophobic surfaces with different processing distances are constructed on the aluminum alloy substrate by laser processing.The pulsed deposition technology is used to form a lotus like coupling structure surface based on the laser grid structure.A large number of "cauliflower like" structures of different sizes have been deposited on the micro structure of trenches,pits,spatter deposits and particles on the grid structure surface.By changing the coupling distance and the time of brush plating,the surface structures with different morphologies were obtained.The "cauliflower like" structure obtained by pulse deposition plays a key role in the surface hydrophobicity,and the regular grid structure obtained by laser processing further amplifies the surface hydrophobicity,which makes the surface of the coupling structure excellent in hydrophobicity,and the contact angle can reach the maximum of 150.6°,and all directions have the same hydrophobic properties.By establishing the coupling structure model,the evolution mechanism of the coupling structure on surface hydrophobicity and adhesion is studied.The surface not only has good hydrophobicity,but also has high adhesion property.This research will provide some guidance for the preparation and application of hydrophobicity and adhesion on metal surfaces.
