With the popularization of sludge treatment equipment,increase of treatment volume,improvement of treatment standards and expansion of treatment functions,people have increased the demand for new automatic filter presses with high automation,good treatment effect,and fast processing speed.Firstly,based on the shortcomings of ordinary plate and frame filter presses in sewage treatment plant,this paper designs a new plate-frame pressure that can evenly apply active extrusion pressure,automatically stripped mud cakes,simultaneous rapid stripping of mud cakes,and collecting squeezed water leaks.machine.Second,in order to ensure the stability of the hydraulic cylinder's working movement,AMESim simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the hydraulic system of the filter press,and the main hydraulic cylinder pressure was determined to be 16 MPa,and the stability was verified.Thirdly,in order to study the effect of eddy currents on the filtration components during grouting,a model was established and simplified.The CFX module of ANSYS was used to analyze the flow line of the grouting slurry,and it was analyzed that the eddy currents were easily generated at the corners,and the internal filter cloths were susceptible to impact.Pressure needs to be strengthened and intermittent grouting should be used.ABAQUS was used to perform mechanical analysis on the pressure holding process during hydraulic compression after grouting,and the hydraulic pressure range was determined.It was pointed out that the hardness reduction type variables need to be strengthened in the water guiding column area.Finally,a comparative test was performed on the common frame filter press and the new frame filter press under the same operating parameters.The following results were obtained:The new plate and frame filter press improved the pressure filtration effect,and the water content of the sludge after filtration was higher than that of the original filter press.The reduction was about 5%;the pressure filtration work cycle was shortened from the original 2h to 1.3h,and the work efficiency was increased by about 35%;the sludge treatment capacity per day increased from 240m~3 to 350m~3,and the overall growth was about 1.46 times.
