Analyzes theory on dewatering and squeeze; Advances the key points and solutions to gravity zone, squeeze zone, belt cleaning, belt choice, belt adjusting on belt filter press; Summarizes and use the formulae for design, such as treatment ability, effective filter area, power, effective filter width, etc. Takes driving shaft for example to depict the process of total associated design used Solidworks, introduces and solves the special demand in belt filter press manufacture combined engineering practice and national standard(GB).It can be seen clearly from the feedbacks of that sewage plant that these machine have many advantages, for example, low running costs, stabilization, perfect dewatering effect, and so on.This essay summarizes most academic and practical achievements on belt filter press until now, gives GB attention to guide design and manufacture, advances the method of design and analysis by 3D software. There are some meanings for theory and practice to belt filter press.
