Viewing The Problems And Countermeasures Of Environmental Protection In China From The Human Rights Attribute Of Environmental Rights

Human rights is one of the values pursued by the law,ensure a good environment is to respect human rights.The fundamental reason is that the environmental rights are not well protected in today’s society,and the fundamental reason is the failure to determine the attributes of environmental rights.On the basis of summarizing the previous studies,this paper discusses the human rights attributes of environmental rights again,and analyzes the problems existing in the protection of environmental rights through the perspective of the human rights attributes of environmental rights.This paper puts forward suitable solutions and countermeasures to these problems,and proves the necessity of strengthening the relevant legislation of environmental rights through the demonstration of the attribute of human rights of environmental rights in our country.Through the human rights perspective of environmental rights,this paper solves the problems existing in the protection of environmental rights in China.The author will analyze the present situation and existing problems ofenvironmental right protection in our country from the point of view of the attribute of environmental right and human rights,put forward the deficiency of environmental right protection in our country,analyze and expound the problems existing in the current environment right conflict of our country.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text,and points out that the implementation of environmental rights protection should be combined with the human rights attributes of environmental rights and the perfection of laws and regulations.
