Refinery is constituted by a number of systems: production system which is responsible for the petroleum refining and product output;hydrogen system,as a dependency of the production system,provides the required purity of hydrogen of processing;energy system provides energy and steam for the above two systems.In the process of optimization,the traditional step optimization method separates the connections between various systems,compresses the overall optimization space of the enterprise and has poor operability when faces the uncertain factors inside and outside the system.Therefore,the multi system energy integration optimization method is proposed in this paper.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Combined with previous studies and practical cases,establishing the mathematical model of each device in the steam power system,and balance the environmental cost and economic benefit,then structure optimization direction aiming at optimal benefit,finally form the general modeling of the steam power system with the consideration of the environmental cost.(2)On the basis of actual cases,set up the device model of production process system and hydrogen system in refinery.Build the general constraint model of production process system and hydrogen system through the internal logistics and energy exchange in each system,and set up the general model of refinery multi system.(3)Aiming at the optimization modeling of the refinery energy integration,mathematical model is used to describe the relationship between energy flow and material exchange between refinery production process system,hydrogen system and energy system.The energy integration optimization model with the best economic benefit of the whole refinery is established.(4)Establish a mixed integer nonlinear model of integrated optimization,then verify validity of the model through a case study of a petrochemical enterprise in Dalian.The Cplex solver of GAMS software is used to solve the model,and satisfactory results are obtained.At the same time,through uncertainty research,the stability and validity of the constructed model are verified.Finally the effectiveness of the model is tested.In this paper,a multi plant and period integrated optimization model is proposed and constructed based on previous research and current energy background.It has been proved good effect by practicing example verification.And it can be good guiding for the energy saving and economy of the whole refinery.
