Hydrostatic testing machine is one of the key equipment of LSAW pipe production line,which is mainly used for hydrostatic test of the oil and gas pipeline and seabed oil pipeline.At present,the large-caliber LSAW hydrostatic testing machine used in China is mainly imported,so the localization of the hydrostatic testing machine has become an urgent issue for China's oil and gas pipeline equipment industry.Hydraulic system is the core component of hydrostatic testing machine.Efficiency,reliability and stable operation is the key to the successful operation of hydrostatic testing machine.In this paper,the hydraulic system of hydrostatic testing machine is taken as the research emphasis,and the problems occurred in the system are analyzed and demonstrated.The hydraulic system is improved and simulated.The main tasks are as follows:The main components and structural characteristics of the hydrostatic testing machine are described.The working principle and working characteristics of the hydrostatic testing machine are introduced.The design requirements and parameters of the hydraulic system are determined to provide the basis for the calibration design and improvement of the hydraulic system.The hydraulic system of hydrostatic testing machine is analyzed and studied.For the problems that low efficiency of the auxiliary hydraulic system,high overflow pressure loss of the supercharger in the hydraulic system and high pressure impact,the hydraulic system was improved based on the original hydraulic system.Focusing on the frequent failure of the seal ring and the test tube being bent during the hydrostatic pressure test,the dynamic change process of steel pipe internal pressure is analyzed and calculated to find out the cause of the problem and improve it.The SimulationX software was used to establish the simulation model for the hydraulic system of hydrostatic testing machine.By adjusting the parameter comparison results,it was proved that the improved hydraulic system improved the control performance of pressure characteristics.The improved hydraulic system was used for the hydrostatic pressure test test and the measured data curve basically accorded with the simulation curve.It is verified that the simulation model is properly and the calculation is correct.The research results of this project are aimed at improving the equipment level of the hydraulic system in the domestic hydraulic pressure testing machine,prolonging the service life of the sealing ring,reducing the frequency of replacement of the sealing tool,and improving the work efficiency of the hydrostatic testing machine.The research results also provide theoretical basis and data support for the development of new products,and they have guiding significance for the design and debugging of similar products.
