Small rapid forging hydraulic presses have become a trend in the development of the forging industry at this stage due to the advantages of fast response speed,good frame stability and high forging accuracy.This thesis mainly studies the stability and optimization of the relevant frame on the test machine under 50 t forging conditions,and designs the relevant content for the hydraulic system of the pump direct drive fast forging hydraulic press.The research content is mainly carried out in the following aspects:(1)According to the forging working conditions and theoretical analysis of 50 t forging force,the preliminary structure design scheme of the hydraulic press of the 50 t working condition is optimized.such as its structure,working cylinder,return cylinder,tie rod sleeve,and beam structure,which are carried out Structural design and verification.Calculations show that the stress of the beam structure is 43.708 MPa,the stress of the column is 175.75 MPa,and the stress of the hydraulic cylinder is 119 MPa.The maximum stress of the main body structure is less than the allowable stress.The strength and rigidity of the initial frame structure which is the frame-type prestressed hydraulic press meet the design requirements,which solves demands of stable forging.(2)The model of the prestressed frame structure is established.and study the dynamic and static properties of the fuselage structure use the finite element software.The static deformation is only 0.19726 mm,and the maximum static stress is only 69.046 MPa.Compared with the overall size of the hydraulic press,the static deformation is extremely small,and the maximum static stress is less than the ultimate stress of the hydraulic press,in this way the static performance of the frame is stable.The modal analysis results of the frame show that the natural frequencies of the first 6 modes in the forging hydraulic press are all greater than 12.767 Hz,and the first 6 modes of the natural frequency far exceed its forging frequency by 3Hz,which can effectively avoid the occurrence of resonance,and the frame has good dynamic performance.(3)Research on beam structure and topology optimization.The optimization results of the beam structure show that the masses of the upper,middle and lower beams are reduced by38%,36%,and 38%,respectively,the maximum static stress is reduced by 10.33%,8.3%,51.8%,and the static deformation is reduced by 6.14%,7.46%,43.5%;the first 6-order natural frequencies of the optimized beam structure are all higher than those before optimization.While achieving the goal of lightweight,both the dynamic and static performance have been improved,and the overall mechanical performance has become more reasonable.(4)Theoretical design of the hydraulic system.According to the forging stroke,the hydraulic system plan is determined,the hydraulic system design under the high-frequency response proportional variable valve control system is proposed,and the hydraulic system principle of the pump direct drive forging hydraulic press is designed according to the response time of the fast forging hydraulic press.
