Hybrid electric vehicles occupy a dominant position in new energy vehicles, which combines the advantages of both fuel-powered and pure-electric vehicles and have a bright future in the market.However,in-vehicle devices are far more complex than other types of vehicles, and hybrids designed for fire safety are imperfect, frequent fires seriously hampered the development of hybrid vehicles. In this paper, the theoretical analysis of fire dynamics and FDS simulation analysis of fire safety of hybrid vehicles are mainly carried out to find out the law of development of medium and important parameters of fire and put forward some preventive measures to provide some theoretical basis for fire safety design of hybrid vehicle. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of the fire source and combustion,as well as the combustion characteristics of other combustibles, and prepares for the following dynamic and mechanical analysis and simulation.Secondly, the kinetic modeling before and after the pyrotechnics was done, and the heat release quantity was verified with the latter one. Then the establishment and simplification of the three-dimensional model of the fire were set up,and two working conditions and other simulation conditions were set up and simulated to obtain and analyze the hybrid power and the data of the car in the fire developmen, and finally for the cause of fire sources, proposed mechanical precautions and electrical precautionary measures, mean of mechanical precautionary is Halbach magnetized magnetic field modulated magnetic gear instead of mechanical gear, electrical precautions mean is improved. Finally, the reliability of the experiment. Finally, has carried on the experiment of the reliability.
