Because of the particularity of the raw materials in the petrochemical industry,the explosion accidents of fire are easy to happen in the process of production.In all kinds of production accidents of production enterprises,fire accidents account for the majority of the proportion.In the fire accidents of chemical enterprises,the leakage of combustible gas is mainly caused by the ignition source in the open environment.These flammable gases or liquids in an open environment can cause great damage to the surrounding environment.There were also serious hazards to the staff on the scene.Chemical fires are compared to other explosions or leaks of harmful gases.The direct damage of combustible gases or liquids is limited.However,the generated flame will directly contact the surface of the equipment,and its thermal radiation will affect all kinds of adjacent equipment,which may have a chain effect to increase the scope of damage.According to the fire burning characteristics of petrochemical industry.In this paper,numerical simulation method is used to simulate the jet fire in open environment.According to the research status and development at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the applicable scope of the simulation model and the research results of accurate simulation.Applying the basic law of fluid mechanics,the basic control equations of fire process are established,and the radiation model is selected according to the appropriate conditions.The corresponding physical model is established,reasonable assumptions are made,and initial and boundary conditions are determined.CFD technology was used to simulate the ejection fire event caused by gas leakage in high-pressure pipeline under open environment.According to the different external conditions,three kinds of jet fire simulation with different conveying pressure under natural wind and the influence range of jet fire when the variable is only the change of external wind speed are formulated.In thesimulation results,the results of various factors are compared and analyzed.On the basis of these data,the influence of different working conditions on fire thermal radiation is analyzed.Based on the analysis results,fire prevention and control is studied.To provide advice on the safety precautions of the equipment layout rescue teams in petrochemical enterprises and the reduction of casualties and property losses.Ensuring safe production of chemical enterprises is of great significance to maintaining social stability and economic growth.
