With the rapid development of China's steel industry,the polluting dust and polluting gases generated by the iron and steel enterprises also gradually increase,cause great damage to the natural environment and human health.Zinc-containing dust contains reusable substances,metallic zinc and metallic iron.The experiment proposed to reduce the zinc oxide and iron oxide in the dust to the resources that can be reused by reduction.It only can reduce the blast furnace zinc content,and decrease the damage to the blast furnace,and the capital investment and improve recycling.Thermodynamic calculation of the mechanical activation energy of the toner shows that when the diameter of the toner particles is constant,the higher the unformulated fraction,the greater the reduction in the initial reduction temperature.The increase of lattice distortion energy and surface energy can significantly reduce the initial reduction temperature of oxide.The starting reduction temperature of zinc oxide can be reduced by 185? and the initial reduction temperature of direct reduction hematite by 105?.When the content of zinc dust is constant,the viscosity of different steel slag shows a decreasing trend with the increase of temperature.And the higher the temperature,the higher the amount of zinc dust viscosity decreased faster.Carbon powder reduces the melting temperature of steel slag.When the proportion of carbon powder continues to increase from 4%,the temperature decrease rate is inversely proportional to the amount of carbon powder.During the reduction reaction,the metallization and dezincification rates of zinc-containing dust particles increased with the increase of reaction temperature.When the reduction time is 30 min,the metallization rate and dezincification rate at 1200 ? are 94.86% and 98.775% respectively.During the process of reducing pellets contains zinc dust pellets with internal carbon,the best pellet parameters are pellet quality 20 g,reduction 1200?,pellet diameter 12 mm.Under these parameters,the reduction effect of zinc pellets is the best.
