High-temperature coal tar is a liquid product obtained by high-temperature dry distillation of coal.It is also an important raw material for many fine chemical products.Its output varies according to the type of coking production coal blending and coke oven operation process,which generally accounts for 3 ~ 4%,improve the recovery rate of tar,which is conducive to improving the economic benefits of coking enterprises.In this paper,the relationship between the coal quality of different single coals and the yield of tar is discussed by combining the coal quality analysis of coking coal for coal coking in Baosteel,and the low temperature dry distillation experiment of aluminum crucible.According to Baosteel's 2018 production data,the different coking sections are analyzed.The influence of process parameters on tar oil recovery rate explored the best solution for maximizing tar recovery without changing the coal blending scheme.The results showed that:(1)Through the analysis of different single coal quality and the low temperature dry distillation experiment of aluminum crucible,it can be known that the tar yield is mainly related to the volatile matter of coal.The larger the volatile matter of coal,the larger the tar yield;the maximum average reflectivity of the coal vitrinite group.There is a certain negative correlation between the numerical value and the tar yield,and the tar yield decreases as the maximum average reflectance of the coal vitrinite group increases.(2)Among the production process parameters of coal blending section,the volatile matter of coal blending is the main factor affecting the recovery rate of tar.The recovery rate of tar increases with the increase of volatile matter of coal blending;the relationship between tar recovery rate and coal fineness is negatively correlated.Increasing the fineness of coal will result in a decrease in tar recovery.(3)The coal loading volume and horizontal discharge temperature of the carbonization chamber will affect the space temperature of the top of the carbonization chamber,increase the coal loading capacity,and fill the carbonization chamber as much as possible to reduce the temperature of the top space;the horizontal temperature on both sides of the carbonization chamber It is one of the main factors affecting the temperature of the roof space of the carbonization chamber.Increasing the temperature of the roof space will cause the temperature in the roof space to be too high,resulting in a decrease in the amount of tar recovery.(4)By analyzing the relationship between coke oven operating rate,straight-through temperature and tar recovery rate in Baosteel's 2018 production data,it can be found that the straight-line temperature control is 1265.4 ?,and the tar recovery rate is the higher when the operating rate is controlled at 106.1%.
