During coal chemical production,it is necessary to separate the solvent and aromatic hydrocarbon from the mixed for the subsequent production and processing in the solvent recovery tower,hence the actual production environment of the tower temperature control system requires high precisions.Solvent recovery tower is a typical nonlinear in the delay and unpredictable system.Currently,it is controlled by conventional PLC,which is high cost,bulky and less responsive,that is difficultly to achieve the best performance index.MATLAB was used to simulate and compare the conventional PID controller with the seeker optimization algorithm tuning PID parameters.Second,due to the pure hysteresis of the solvent recovery tower,the control operation can not be timely feedback and affect the control effect.Therefore,the feedforward-feedback control is introduced into counteract the influence and solve problem that the feedback delay.Finally,the hardware circuit is designed based on the experiment system with model tower,determine this algorithm,write webpage control interface,complete real-time control temperature and display.Comparing with the experimental of the two simulation platforms,the results verify that the seeker optimization algorithm tuning PID parameters of the control strategy is superiority in the benzene process Temperature control automation,intelligent research made a useful attempt,has broad prospects.The system takes solvent recovery tower as research object,adopts the design of control system based on embedded Web server mode,which determined the temperature is the only controlled quantity.In this paper,seeker optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the problems of control ability,response delay.Combinated with the high performance of ARM processor,ARM hardware platform is proposed.The algorithm to control the temperature of the tower and the B/S remote control are introduced to break the restriction of the industrial field.
