According to China's basic national conditions,SO2 is an important source of air pollution in China,which seriously threatens human health and economic development.According to China's"Twelfth Five-Year Plan",China's SO2 emissions have decreased by18%during the"12th Five-Year Plan"period,but China's SO2 emissions are still at a high level,and domestic SO2 emissions are about 20 million tons/year.China's“Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”proposed that SO2 emissions will be reduced by about 15%during the13th Five-Year Plan period.This is not an easy task for a developing country,so how can we effectively develop an economically repeatable and efficient use of SO2 capture technology is imminent.Based on the comprehensive considerations of SO2 absorption properties,TeEG?1?+?2?DMSO binary system as SO2 absorption solvent.By measuring the gas-liquid equilibrium?GLE?data of the binary system,the SO2 solubility was studied at different temperatures.The SO2 absorption mechanism of this binary system were studied by 1H-NMR,FTIR and fluorescence spectra and so on.The study found that between SO2 molecules and TeEG?1?+?2?DMSO binary system had interaction forces.Through absorption and desorption circulation experiments,it was found that the absorption performance of SO2 was not significantly affected after five cycles of experiments.At the same time,the basic data of density and viscosity were measured for this experiment at different temperatures.By calculating the excess molar volume?VmE?and viscosity deviation????,it found that the molar ratio of TeEG and DMSO was 1:1,the binding force was the strongest.In order to reach the purpose of resource utilization for SO2 absorption,this research project adopted hydrothermal release method to use the absorbed SO2 prepare inorganic material alkaline earth sulfate.By investigating the hydrothermal time,hydrothermal temperature,alkaline earth ion concentration and so on,the alkaline earth sulfates with rectangular rod,rhombus and flakes micro-morphologies were prepared.In the process of synthesizing alkaline earth sulphate,the formation mechanism of alkaline earth sulphate were studied by XRD,FTIR,TEM,SAED and so on.In summary,this novel method provided economical and environmentally friendly applications for the comprehensive utilization of SO2 to synthetic alkaline earth sulfate.
