With the increasing demand for the quality of automotive,aerospace and other parts in manufacturing industry,low pressure casting technology has been widely used in various industries,such as thin-walled,lightweight and compact cars and spaceflight industries,with the advantages of high production and utilization of lightweight and high density products.Important position.Low pressure casting is a kind of casting form by which the high temperature metal liquid is overcome by the gravity entry cavity after the inert gas pressure is applied to the surface of the metal liquid of the holding furnace in the closed and constant temperature.In relative gravity casting,the form of anti gravity casting makes the metal fluid filled with no turbulence,and saves the filling and riser,and the casting produces better mechanical properties under the controlled stable pressure.Therefore,combined with low pressure casting technology,the research on low pressure casting equipment is of theoretical and practical value for complex thin-walled production in China.The traditional low pressure casting equipment is mostly designed in the form of four columns.Due to the restriction of its own structure,the traditional low pressure casting equipment,such as sanding sand core,sanding,baking mould and spraying graphite,should be completed by a number of people with the casting machine.To solve these problems,a production line consisting of several low voltage cantilever casting machines linear array is designed in this paper.Each low pressure cantilever casting machine and hydraulic device,heat preservation furnace,electric control cabinet,hydraulic station,opening and closing mechanism and so on constitute a casting unit,each casting unit can complete the whole set of casting process.The low pressure cantilever casting machine is an innovative design based on the traditional low pressure casting machine.The designed low pressure cantilever casting machine is a counter gravity casting equipment capable of precisely completing die casting,opening and closing die and beating material.In order to design the low pressure cantilever casting machine more reasonably,the paper adopts the method of combining the simulation of casting process and the mechanical design,and studies the important parameters such as the joint force and the pressure under the upper cover plate.Through the theoretical calculation of demoulding force and the combination of display dynamics simulation,a charging mechanism is designed.On this basis,the design of the gear transmission is emphasized,and the design defects of the low pressure cantilever castingmachine are found out by using the dynamic simulation results.By continuously optimizing the key components and repeatedly verifying the dynamic performance of the low pressure cantilever casting machine,a virtual prototype of the low pressure cantilever casting machine is designed.The lower pressure cantilever casting machine with higher automation degree reduces production casting cycle.It provides a better solution for different filling processes required by different castings.By using low pressure casting to keep pressure and cooling time longer,a set of casting units can be served by a Longmen equipment,thus shortening the down cycle of finished castings.Relatively closed production space can keep the high constant temperature,avoid the cracking phenomenon caused by the heat shock and save the actual production cost.
