Chirality,optical resolution,high performance liquid chromatography,full aqueous liquid chromatography,and membrane chromatography were introduced.The main works were list as following:A new type of chiral separation device-membrane chromatography device was designed and made by myself,which could replace the liquid chromatographic column in high performance liquid chromatography.Vancomycin-hexamethylene diisocyanate-polyethersulfone composite membrane was fabricated by the interfacial polymerization using vancomycin and hexamethylene diisocyanate as monomers.The membrane was assembled in the membrane chromatographic apparatus,the parameters of mobile phase,flow rate,injection volume,layer number and size of the membrane were optimized,D,L-cysteine and D,L-phenylanine were resolved by high-performance liquid chromatograph.When the operation condition was the water as mobile phase,the flow rate of 0.3mL/min,the injection volume of 5?L,the membrane layer of 2 layers,the membrane size of 4.5cm,the resolutions for D,L-cysteine and D,L-Phenylglycine were 0.34 and 0.66,respectively.The hydroxypropyl-?-cyclodextrin-hexamethylene diisocyanate-polyethersulfone composite membrane was also prepared.With the enantioselective membrane immobilized in the membrane chromatographic device of high performance liquid chromatography to separate eighteen kinds of amino acids,D,L-p-hydroxyphenyalanine,D,L-phenylalanine,D,L-cysteine,and D,L-methionine had been isolated.
