The chirality,the methods of chiral recognition,the significance of chiral separation,the membrane preparation,the membrane separation and the per aqueous liquid chromatography were briefly introduced.The vancomycin-benzenetricarbonyl trichloride polyethersulfone composite membranes were prepared by interfacial polymerization reaction.Some parameters of membrane preparation were optimized.When the aqueous solution concentration of vancomycin was 1.4g/L and the immersion time was 26 h,the n-heptane solution concentration of 1,3,5-benzenetricarbonyl trichloride was 11g/L and the immersion time was 25 h,the dialysis time was 3 days,the temperature of heat treatment was 80℃,the optical resolution membranes reached 57.3 %e.e.for 0.4mg/m L D,L-phenylglycine,35.9 %e.e.for 0.2mg/m L D,L-p-hydroxyphenylglycine,60 %e.e.with large size membrane for D,L-phenylglycine,respectively.Under the optimization conditions of preparation membrane,the teicoplanin-benzenetricarbonyl trichloride polyethersulfone composite membranes were also prepared.37.5 %e.e.for 0.2mg/m L D,L-p-henylglycine,37.8 % e.e.for 0.3mg/m L D,L-p-hydroxyphenylglycine,40 %e.e.with large size membrane for D,L-p-henylglycine were also obtained.We studied the chiral membrane chromatography on vancomycin-benzenetricarbonyl trichloride and teicoplanin-benzenetricarbonyl trichloride polyethersulfone composite membranes with mobile phases of water,different proportions of methanol/water and pure methanol.By the per water liquid chromatography experimental conditions,the enantioseparations were carried out by commercial columns and home-made columns of vancomycin and teicoplanin.Some amino acids such as D,L-phenylglycine,D,L-p-hydroxyphenyl glycine and D,L-methionine were separated.
