Research On The Cooperative Impact Of Corporate Environmental Responsibility And Green Technology Innovation On Financial Performance

With the progress of the times,companies simply chasing profit maximization has been unable to meet its long-term development.Only by strengthening the investment in technological innovation under the fulfillment of environmental responsibilities can it become an important guarantee for the sound development of the company.In 2015,the CCP proposed five development concepts of “innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing”.Therefore,it is very meaningful to study the impact of corporate environmental responsibility and green technology innovation on financial performance.This article takes the coal enterprise as an example to study,mainly because the coal enterprise belongs to the high energy consumption,high pollution enterprise,therefore undertakes the environmental responsibility,carries on the green technological innovation imminent,conforms to the enterprise development big background.Based on sustainable development theory,stakeholder theory,green technology innovation theory and collaborative theory,three major corporate environmental responsibility and financial performance,green technology innovation and financial performance,corporate environmental responsibility,green technology innovation synergy and financial performance were proposed.Assumptions.This article uses the literature reading method,content analysis method,and empirical research method to meet the development characteristics of coal enterprises,establish a coal enterprise environmental responsibility evaluation system to measure corporate environmental responsibility,use green technology innovation evaluation system to measure green technology innovation,use 12 The results of factor analysis of financial indicators measure financial performance.The interaction of environmental responsibility and green technology innovation is used as a measure of synergy.A multivariate linear regression model is constructed to analyze the five-year data of coal listed companies in 2012-2016.The research results show that there is a positive correlation between environmental responsibility and financial performance of coal companies;there is a positive correlation between green technology innovation and financial performance;and a positive correlation between corporate environmental responsibility and green technology innovation collaboration.For the results of empirical research,this paper proposes relevant policy recommendations for strengthening corporate environmental responsibility performance and increasing investment in green technology innovation.
