The Effect Of Green Corporate Social Responsibility On Innovation Performance

In the last past decade,the ways of each business realize environmental problems was so difficult and hard.In the present,they had to attend to their reputation and resources.Due to the most firms not seriously focus on consumed natural resources that those resources could be worthwhile as much.The majority of organization has to focus on problems increasing from human did which impact on society or human values by negative way such as the green and the clean environment or good health.This dissertation aims to study the mechanism of the effect of green corporate social responsibility(CSR)on innovation performance in Thailand.The purpose of this dissertation is to find out how does green corporate social responsibility(CSR)affect innovation performance in Thailand.Furthermore,“the moderating effect of business analytics(BA)capability and reconfiguring.To answer these questions the researcher constructed the hypothesis model to investigate about relationship of the effect of green corporate social responsibility on innovation performance.We also investigate about the relationship between moderator work on this mechanism.In this study we propose that these variables are significantly and positively related to each other.Specifically,green corporate social responsibility(CSR)can promote innovation performance directly.The empirical basis of the paper is a survey conducted on a sample of 150 Thai manufacturing companies.The results show that green corporate social responsibility(CSR)has separated into two stages: the environmental protection dimension of green corporate social responsibility(CSR)and the promoting technology innovating dimension of green corporate social responsibility(CSR)are positively related to innovation performance;green corporate social responsibility(CSR)is also positively related to reconfiguring.Moreover,reconfiguring is positively related to innovation performance as well.The results also prove the business analytics(BA)capability positively moderates the relationship between green corporate social responsibility(CSR)and reconfiguring.The findings of this research expand Thai manager's understanding of the mechanism of these variables and make focus on how to manage own organization more efficiently.
